Water Emergencies   Any City of St. Clair Shores Water Department customer experiencing an emergency with the potable (suitable for drinking) water system should call the St. Clair Shores Water Department at 445-5374 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.  After normal working hours you should contact the St. Clair Shores Police Department at 445-5222.  For billing information, please call 447-3317.
