GENERAL REFUND POLICY
- The general

full refunds less a $5 administrative fee. The department’s “satisfied
customer” policy will allow special consideration for each request. Protests
may be appealed to the director of the department. In all cases, the
original (white) receipt must be returned to the Department of Parks &
Recreation before a refund can be processed and must be accompanied by a Refund Request
form approved and signed by the person/supervisor in charge of the activity.
Processing all refunds takes approximately two to four weeks and will
be issued and mailed to the name and address as shown on the receipt. No
refunds will be issued after the second class.
ACTIVITIES ROOM RENTALS - Refunds
for security deposits will be approved upon satisfactory inspection of
rooms rented. If the inspection finds them unsatisfactory, monies will
be deducted for damages and may exceed the deposit amount.
AMUSEMENT PARK TICKETS - Refunds
will not be issued. This policy will also apply to all types of tickets
whenever restrictions do not allow refunds.

ICE RENTALS - An ice renter may
cancel reserved ice, with full reimbursement of the deposit, only if the
cancellation occurs prior to six days before the ice time is scheduled.
Late cancellations require full deposit forfeiture. Acceptance of the receipt
by a lessee/ice renter is admission that lessee fully understands and agrees
to abide by arena “Rules and Regulations for Ice Renters”.
SENIOR ACTIVITIES CENTER TRIPS -
