The City Clerk’s Office is a primary point of contact for the public and strives to provide the highest quality of service to the community by providing accurate, up-to-date information, and administering elections to ensure the integrity of the electoral process. The city clerk is keeper of all documents and records pertaining to the city including ordinances, resolutions, and actions of City Council

All Sign Permits are handled by Community Development & Inspection Dept. as of 10/18/2013.

Notary Services
There is a fee for notary services. Do not sign documents in advance. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary, and photo identification is required. The document must have a notarization section.

Tuesday 10 am to 12 pm & 2 pm to 3:30 pm
no appointment necessary
expect delays during lunch hours 12- 2 pm 

Passports are not processed prior to peak election times which are as follows:
       7/1/14 - 8/8/14
       9/29/14 - 11/7/14

Due to staff vacations there will be days when just one acceptance agent is available so please be aware that you may experience a delay.
