5.                  Request from Thomas J. LeFevre to transfer ownership of 2005 Class C Resort Sunday Sales Dance Permit Licensed Business to be located at Eastside Howard’s, 23018 Greater Mack  Item to be rescheduled to a future date

6.                  Request approval for PC Cases 05-25 and 05-25A to allow the sale of second-hand (used) automobiles, at Banner Tire, 23418 Harper, petitioner D. Zgol (tabled at 11/21/05 meeting)   Rescheduled to 12/19/05

7.                  Request adoption of an internal use City Credit Card Policy Resolution  Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Frederick.  Approved 7-0

8.                  Request from Macomb Community College, Macomb Intermediate School District, South Lake Schools, Lakeview Public Schools, Lake Shore Public Schools and L’Anse Creuse Public Schools to levy 100% of the school taxes on July 1, 2006  Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Frederick.  Approved 7-0

9.                  Bids/Contracts/Purchase Orders - None

10.              Consent Agenda  Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen to approve Consent Agenda.  Approved 7-0

11.              City Manager’s Report

a.  Request City Council approve in-state travel for the City Manager to attend the Michigan Local Government Manager’s Association 77th Annual Conference in Kalamazoo, MI from January 24-27, 2006 Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen.  Approved 7-0

b.  Request to amend the Council Meeting schedule for 2006 changing the first meeting in July to July 10, 2006  Motion by Frederick, seconded by McFadyen.  Approved 7-0

13.              Request to enter Closed Session as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, Section 8 (c) Motion by Walby,  seconded by Stahl to enter Closed Session at 8:05pm.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Walby, seconded by Frederick to re-enter Open Session at 8:37 pm.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Frederick, seconded by McFadyen to authorize the hiring of special counsel of Raymond & Prokop, P.C.  to handle tax tribunal litigation.  Approved 7-0 

Motion by Walby, seconded by McFadyen to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 pm.  Approved 7-0
