Motion by Walby, seconded by Moffitt to nominate Stahl as Mayor Pro Tem.  Approved 4-3 Nays: Ahearn, Frederick, McFadyen

12.              City Manager’s Report Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Ahearn to adopt a resolution recognizing “Save Our South Channel Lights” as a non-profit organization operating in the City of St. Clair Shores for the purpose of obtaining a gaming license from the Michigan Charitable Gaming Division.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Stahl, seconded by Ahearn to return to Open Session at 10:31p.m.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Ahearn, seconded by Stahl to direct the City Attorney to proceed as directed in Closed Session.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Ahearn, seconded by Stahl to adjourn the meeting at 10:32 p.m.  Approved 7-0
