7.      Request from Wigs 4 Kids Inc. to be recognized by the City as a non-profit organization to conduct a charitable fund raising raffle Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Soulliere.  Approved 7-0

8.      Request for variances to allow accessory building/structure in front yard for 3.3 foot total height and 2.3 foot wall height for 0.3 foot side yard and for 910.6 total square footage at 26918 Koerber, petitioner Brad Horton Motion by Moffitt, seconded by Stahl.  Approved 5-2  Nays:  Soulliere & Hison

10. Consent Agenda – items shall be considered without debate as one motion and vote of Council, unless a member of Council specifically requests action taken separately on said item Motion by Soulliere, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0

13. Request to enter Closed Session as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, Section 8 (c) & (e) J Beck v St. Clair Shores etal Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen to enter Closed Session as permitted by State Statue MCLA 15.268, Section 8 (c) & (e) at 9:22 pm.  Approved 7-0

Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Stahl to return to Open Session at 10:40 pm.  Approved 7-0

Motion by Stahl, seconded by Moffitt to authorize the City Attorney to proceed as discussed in closed session regarding J. Beck v St. Clair Shores.  Approved 7-0

Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Moffitt to include R. Willette in the AR-4 Agreement with a new cap in Pension Section 23G that the number of sick/vacation hours sold prior to retirement to be capped at 1950.  Approved 7-0 

Motion by Soulliere, seconded by Frederick to adjourn the meeting at 10:41pm.  Approved 7-0
