Request from Traffic Lt. to amend Traffic Control Ordinance 21.482 Stopping, standing, parking restrictions on certain streets; Sec. 15B-52 (j)(39) No Parking on the North Side of 13 Mile Road from Jefferson to Greater Mack to include No Stopping & Standing Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Moffitt, Approved 7 - 0.

7. Request for Site Plan Approval PC 07-09 for proposed renovations for Mercedes Benz Pre-Owned Vehicle Dealership, at 20101 Nine Mile Road, petitioner T. Dellicolli of Cityscape Architects, Inc. (rescheduled to 10/01/07)

8. Consideration of a moratorium regarding City Ordinance 15.508, requiring a 6 ft masonry wall installed between business and residential property

Motion by Moffitt, seconded by Stahl, to enter Closed Session at 10:11 p.m. Approved 6 – 1, Nay Walby

Motion by Frederick, seconded by Walby, to return to Open Session at 10:16 p.m. Approved 7 - 0

Motion by Frederick, seconded by Ahearn to accept the recommendation of the City Attorney regarding J. Thurman v St. Clair Shores et al. Approved 5 – 2, Nay Stahl, Walby

Motion by Frederick, seconded by Walby to refund $25,000 to Great Lakes Yacht Club as Storm Water Utility overpayment. Approved 7 – 0
