6.                  Request to hold Annual Memorial Day Parade, Sunday, May 29, 2005 on Jefferson Avenue from 9 to 11 Mile Road from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Motion by Soulliere, seconded by Walby .  Approved 7-0

7.                  Request from Active Media Architects to hold Spring Into the Web 2005 Promotion at 25877 Jefferson May 17, 2005 10:00 am. to 5:00 p.m. no longer outdoor event

8.                  Request from Nautical Mile Merchants Association to hold annual events

            a. Classic Car Cruise June 22, 2005 (June 23, 2005 rain date) from 6-10 pm. on Jefferson between 9 & 10 Mile   Rd.

            b. 12th Annual Venetian Festival August 10-14, 2005 Motion by McFadyen, seconded by   Soulliere.  Approved 7-0

9.                  Request for approval of multiple signs in Central Lakefront District at 23717 Jefferson, petitioner Shell Oil Company Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Boyle.  Roll Call vote Approved 5-2 nays: Moffitt, Hison

10.              Request for Site Plan Approval PC 05-08 for an exterior enclosure for the year round sale of seasonal goods at ACO, at 23245 Greater Mack, Petitioner Sam Lafata Motion by Soulliere, seconded by Stahl.  Approved 7-0

11.              Request for Site Plan Approval PC 04-26r of revised plans for an addition to the north side of an existing building at 22414 Harper, Petitioner R. Hotz Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0

12.              Adoption of the County of Macomb Enforcement Team (C.O.M.E.T.) Interlocal Agreement Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen.  Approved 7-0

13.              Request from Fire Marshal and City Council to Amend Ordinance  40.242 Fire Lanes Sect. 17J-2 No Parking Fire Lane at Alley:(Harper; between 28401 and 28415) No parking, stopping or standing in alley on the West side of Harper between the addresses 28401 and 28415--Fire Lane Motion by  Soulliere, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0

            a. Request approval of purchase order with Tri-County Pest Control for preventative West Nile virus program Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Soulliere.  Approved 7-0

            b. Request approval of purchase order with KriStar Enterprises for Flo-Guard Plus storm water pollution control catch basin inserts Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Soulliere. Approved 7-0

18.              Request to enter closed session as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15. 268, Section 8 (e) G. Stephens v St. Clair Shores Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen to enter Closed Session at 9:20 pm.  Approved 7-0.   Motion by Walby, seconded by Soulliere to re-enter Open Session at 9:40 pm.  Approved 7-0.  Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Walby to proceed as recommended by our Attorney.  Approved 7-0.  Motion by Soulliere, seconded by McFadyen to adjourn at 10:12 pm.  Approved 7-0
