6.                  Request from the Traffic Lt. to amend City Ordinance 21.442 (Section 15b-12 (23)) entitled “right hand turns at traffic controlled intersections” that a "NO TURN ON RED SCHOOL DAYS 7AM TO 4 PM" sign  be permanently installed on the southwest corner of Frazho and Little Mack for eastbound Frazho traffic to southbound Little Mack Motion by Ahearn, seconded by McFadyen.  Approved 7-0

7.                  Request to allow outdoor music one night per week at Fishbone’s Restaurant located at 23722 Jefferson, Tuesdays from 5 – 10 pm, May through September Motion by  McFadyen, seconded by Frederick.  Approved 7-0

13.              City Manager’s Report Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Frederick to send G. Rheaume to conference.  Approved 7-0.  Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Ahearn to approve a $200 boat well credit incentive for next year to a current well renter if they bring in a new renter this year.  Approved 7-0
