7.                  Requests for approval of PC Cases 06-02, 06-02A for 25030 Jefferson in Central Lakefront District (CLD)

            a. PC 06-02  Special Land Use in CLD to allow a retail store which sells sailboat sails within a portion of the existing building at 25010/25020 Jefferson  Motion by Ahearn, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0

            b. PC 06-02A Site Plan approval for a proposed retail store with a portion of an existing building at 25010/25020 Jefferson  Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Walby.  Approved 7-0
