Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Ahearn, to enter Closed Session at 8:52p.m.  Approved 7 - 0.

Motion by McFadyen, seconded by Frederick, to return to Open Session at 9:01 p.m.  Approved 7 - 0.
Motion to approve the 40th District Court Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement.
