Communications Commission

Intent: Establishes policies and recommends procedures to the Mayor and City Council on the strategic use of the communication vehicles employed by the City to disseminate information, promote an understanding of the functions of City government, as well as foster and maintain a favorable image of the City to the public it serves.  This includes, but is not limited to, the City newsletter, Inside St. Clair Shores, the City calendar and Annual Financial Report, the City web site, St. Clair Shores Online, the local government access cable channels as well as public and media relations.
